DogMetro aims to ship all orders (wholesale & Retails) the next working day after payment has cleared. Depending on your location, your order should be received within 2-10 working days. You will be notified via email that your item has been dispatched.

I would like to pay in a different currency, how do i do this?

Are there any additional postage charges to deliver to my country?
Occasionally the delivery of larger items to overseas countries may incur a small surcharge to cover postage costs. If you are from a country other than Australia, UK, USA, Canada or Europe and would like to check for any international delivery surcharges before ordering, please contact us via email to .

Do you deliver internationally?
Dogmetro delivers regularly to Australia, UK, USA , Europe and Canada. We can deliver to most other countries but the delivery price may vary. Please email us if you are unsure about delivery to your country.
What is your policy on returning goods?
DogMetro will not refund for any purchase, however, we will happily exchange if the incorrect size was selected or if the item was faulty.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please remember to try all items on your dog with the tags attached to check the size is correct before removing the tags. Faulty goods must also be reported within 7 days to receive an exchange. All items & packaging must be returned in saleable condition for DogMetro to exchange the item. DogMetro reserves the right to refuse exchanges on items returned in poor condition.
